How this desk is organised
Biohacking Retreat Bali Discovery is a desk, not a line-up of profiles. What follows is the set of jobs the desk covers for stays and on-the-ground arrangements, and who is accountable for each of them.
- Property vetting. Visits or verifies the property, checks the licence and the room or villa count, and records what the photographs leave out.
- Availability and rates. Confirms live availability and the rate that will actually be charged, including taxes and service, before quoting.
- Booking and payment. Sets out the deposit, balance and cancellation terms in writing and holds the reservation against them.
- On-the-ground coordination. Arranges transfers, arrival timing and anything the property does not handle itself.
Why there are no names on this page
We do not publish names, job titles or qualifications here. A credential on a public page is a claim, and we will only make a claim we can put a certificate or a registration number behind. Where we cannot, we say nothing rather than write something that sounds impressive. If it matters to you who is handling your file, ask. You will be told the name of the person on it and what they are responsible for, in writing, before you commit to anything.
What we publish, and how it is checked
Every rule, fee and timing on this site is traceable to an operator or an official document. If we could not confirm it, the page says so rather than presenting a guess in the same voice as a verified fact. Corrections are welcome. Anything we get wrong is fixed on the page itself, with the change visible, not removed without trace.
