Corporate & Regulatory Compliance

We are a legally registered and fully compliant entity, ensuring our operations are transparent and accountable. Bali tourism portal

• Legal Entity: We operate as a Perseroan Terbatas (PT), a limited liability company, under the laws of Indonesia, and are a proud part of the Juara Holding Group.
• Tourism License (SIUP PARIWISATA): We hold a valid Tourism Business Registration Certificate issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy), authorizing our operations as a luxury wellness provider.
• Tax Compliance (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), and we adhere to all national and provincial tax regulations.
• Employee Welfare (BPJS): All our Indonesian employees are registered and covered under the national social security programs for healthcare (BPJS Kesehatan) and employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), as mandated by law.

Medical & Clinical Governance

• Medical Oversight: All clinical aspects of our programs are designed and supervised by our Chief Medical Officer, a licensed medical doctor registered with the Indonesian Doctors Association (Ikatan Dokter Indonesia – IDI).
• Practitioner Vetting: Any visiting practitioners or partner specialists are thoroughly vetted to ensure they hold valid, current credentials and are legally permitted to practice in Indonesia.
• Data Privacy: We adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for all guest health information, in line with international best practices for medical data privacy.

Operational Safety & Emergency Protocols

We have implemented comprehensive safety measures to ensure your well-being throughout your stay.

• Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a detailed EAP in place, with staff trained in first aid and emergency response. We maintain a direct partnership with BIMC Hospital, an international-standard medical facility, for rapid response and evacuation if necessary.
• Transportation Safety: Our entire vehicle fleet is commercially licensed, regularly maintained to the highest standards, and equipped with GPS tracking. All drivers are professionally trained and certified.
• Aviation Standards: All air travel, including airport transfers and excursions, is coordinated with partners who comply with the safety regulations of Indonesia’s Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara (Directorate General of Civil Aviation).
• Facility & Food Safety: Our property undergoes regular safety inspections, and our kitchens operate under strict HACCP principles to ensure the highest level of food safety and hygiene.
